What is KLOW?

KLOW is a compounded four-peptide blend of KPV, BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu in a single vial. It is the GLOW formula plus KPV, a small peptide studied for inflammation signaling. At Awesentials it is prescribed only after an online visit with a licensed provider and is not FDA-approved.

What is in KLOW

  • KPV, 2 mg/mL. A three-amino-acid fragment of alpha-MSH, a natural hormone.
  • BPC-157, 2 mg/mL, and TB-500, 2 mg/mL. Lab-made peptides studied for tissue repair.
  • GHK-Cu, 10 mg/mL. The copper peptide studied for collagen signaling.

Supply is a 5 mL vial monthly or 15 mL per quarter, given as small injections under the skin exactly as your provider prescribes.

What KLOW is studied for

Each ingredient has its own research area: KPV for inflammation signaling in the gut and skin, BPC-157 and TB-500 for tissue repair, and GHK-Cu for collagen and elastin signaling. Almost all of this research is in labs or animals. The blend itself has not been studied in large human trials, and no result is promised.

Who should not use KLOW

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive
  • Active cancer or a history of cancer
  • Under 18
  • Competing in a sport that tests under WADA rules
  • Copper allergy or Wilson's disease

How to get KLOW online

What KLOW costs

$380 per month or $825 per quarter, including the online visit, provider review, medication and shipping. See the KLOW program.

Awesentials provides no medical services. Peptides in this program are compounded by a licensed US pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, most research on them comes from lab and animal studies, and evidence in people is limited. No result is promised. BPC-157, TB-500 (thymosin beta-4 fragments) and MOTS-c are on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List. If you compete in a tested sport, check your sport's anti-doping rules and talk to your provider before starting. A licensed provider decides whether any program is appropriate for you.

FAQ

More questions

More in the Help Center, or send us a question.

Why is it called KLOW?

The name is a play on GLOW with a K for KPV, the fourth peptide in the blend.

Is KLOW FDA-approved?

No. It is compounded for an individual patient by a licensed US pharmacy, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Is KLOW stronger than GLOW?

Not necessarily. It has a different formula: one vial, lower BPC-157 and TB-500 amounts per mL, plus KPV. Your provider decides which, if either, fits you.

What side effects are possible?

Injection-site redness, itching, swelling or bruising are the most commonly reported effects; headache, nausea, flushing and tiredness are reported less often. Allergic reactions are possible. Long-term safety in people has not been established. Tell your provider about every medication and supplement you take, any history of cancer, and any medical condition. Do not use with a copper allergy or Wilson's disease.
