Refund Policy

Programs are purchased on the clinical platform at checkout, and the refund terms shown at checkout control. This page explains them plainly.

Before a provider decision

If you cancel before a licensed provider reviews your visit, you receive a full refund.

If the provider does not prescribe

You are charged only the provider visit fee. The program price is refunded and no subscription starts.

After a prescription is dispensed

Dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold, so they are not refundable. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support through the patient portal within 48 hours.

Subscriptions

Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically. Cancel any time in the patient portal before the next billing date.
