Prescription programs on this site are fulfilled by a licensed US pharmacy after a licensed provider approves your online visit.

What ships

The medication your provider prescribed, packed for your program, with the pharmacy's written instructions.

Packaging

Orders ship in discreet packaging with no program names on the outside. Medications that need it ship temperature-controlled.

Timing and tracking

Your order ships after the provider's decision and the pharmacy's fill. A tracking number is emailed when it leaves the pharmacy. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Where we ship

To addresses in states where the clinical partner's providers are licensed. Your state is confirmed during the online visit.

Problems with a shipment

If a package is late, damaged or incorrect, contact support through the patient portal within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible. It will be replaced or made right.
