Who we are

Awesentials offers provider-guided wellness programs and provides no medical services. All care is provided by licensed providers through HOO Longevity's contracted prescribing partner, and all medication is dispensed by licensed US pharmacies. When you start an online visit, the clinical platform's terms, telehealth consent and privacy practices apply.

Content on this site, including the Health Guide and calculators, is educational. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. No outcome is promised; results vary. In an emergency call 911.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in a state where the prescribing partner's providers are licensed. Eligibility is decided by a licensed provider.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price at checkout on the clinical platform applies.

Intellectual property

The Awesentials name, AS monogram and site content belong to Awesential LLC.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awesentials is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of this website. Clinical services are the responsibility of the licensed providers and pharmacies that deliver them.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.
