Help Center

How can we help?

Answers to common questions. For anything about your own prescription, message your provider in the patient portal.

Getting started

How do I start?

Choose a program and select Start online visit. You will answer a secure medical questionnaire, about 10 minutes, then create your patient account.

Do I need an appointment?

No. The visit is online. In some states a brief phone or video visit is required; you will be told during the visit.

Who can use Awesentials?

Adults 18 and older located in a state where the clinical partner's providers are licensed.

Can I start more than one program?

Yes, each program has its own visit so the provider sees the right history. Your provider reviews everything you take together.

Provider review

Who reviews my visit?

A licensed provider through an independent clinical partner. Awesentials does not provide medical services.

How long does review take?

Most visits are reviewed within a few business days. You are notified in the patient portal and by email.

What if I am not approved?

You pay only the visit fee. No medication ships and no subscription starts. The provider explains the decision in your portal.

Can I message my provider?

Yes, through the secure patient portal at any time during your program.

Prescriptions and pharmacy

Where does my medication come from?

A licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares and ships it for you as an individual patient.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.

How do I take my medication?

Exactly as your provider prescribes. The pharmacy includes written instructions; message your provider with any question.

How should I store it?

Follow the storage instructions on the pharmacy label. Many injectables are kept refrigerated after opening.

GLP-1 weight care

Which GLP-1 programs are available?

Compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, and lower-dose microdose programs of either. A licensed provider decides which, if any, is appropriate.

Does my price change when my dose goes up?

No. Standard semaglutide and tirzepatide programs are the same price at every dose your provider prescribes.

I already take a GLP-1. Can I switch?

Yes. Tell the provider your current medication, dose and last injection date in the online visit so they can decide on a safe dose.

What side effects should I watch for?

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation are the most common. Severe stomach pain that does not go away, signs of an allergic reaction, or a lump in the neck need medical care right away. Message your provider with any concern, and call 911 in an emergency.

Is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA-approved brand-name products are a separate option to discuss with your provider.

Orders and shipping

How is my order shipped?

From a licensed US pharmacy in discreet packaging, temperature-controlled where the medication requires it. Tracking is sent by email.

When will it arrive?

Orders ship after the provider approves your visit and the pharmacy fills the prescription. Delivery timing is shown at checkout and in your tracking email.

What if it arrives damaged?

Contact support through the patient portal within 48 hours with a photo, and it will be made right.

Billing and subscriptions

How am I billed?

Monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you choose at checkout. The first charge happens at checkout.

What does the price include?

The online visit, provider review, medication and shipping, unless a program page says otherwise.

Can I use HSA or FSA?

Many people can. Check with your plan administrator.

How do I change plans?

Message support in the patient portal before your next billing date.

Cancellations and refunds

How do I cancel?

In the patient portal, any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future shipments.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel before a provider reviews your visit, you receive a full refund. Medication that has been dispensed cannot be returned or refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.

Account and privacy

Who sees my medical information?

Only the licensed provider and pharmacy, on a HIPAA-secure clinical platform. Awesentials does not see it.

How do I log in?

Use the Login link at the top of this site to open the patient portal.

How do I reach a person?

Email support@hoolongevity.com or call (586) 321-3377 for questions about programs, orders or billing. Help is available in English and Spanish. For anything about your prescription, message your provider in the patient portal. In an emergency call 911.

Still need a hand?

Send us a note and a real person replies. Keep medical details for the patient portal.
