Return Policy

Because these are prescription medications prepared for one patient, the rules below follow pharmacy law and the terms shown at checkout, which control.

Returns

Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed, so they are not returnable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact support through the patient portal within 48 hours of delivery and the order will be replaced or made right.

Cancellation timing

Cancel any time in the patient portal before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future shipments but does not refund a shipment that has already been dispensed.
