Why test?
Lab panels show markers such as blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid and hormone levels that you cannot feel day to day. Your provider can use them to decide whether a program is appropriate, and you can use them to ask better questions. Results are information, not a diagnosis on their own; your licensed provider explains what they mean for you.
